• Support product/Service quality and manufacturing failure investigations (RCA/CAPA)
• Define quality plans and procedures in conjunction with the process owners.
• Factory capacity assessments and optimization by Lean manufacturing techniques.
• Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency by process improvement.
• Liaison with third party certification bodies for process/ product performance tests.
• Evaluate the performance of management systems through regular review of organizational objectives and report the deviations if any.
• Conduct Internal Audits, plan the audit schedule and submit reports to the management.
• Product testing and validation to meet various international standards/ specifications.
• Conduct quality review meeting to report the performance of Management system.
• Conduct induction training to new employees on procedural requirements and Quality Management System.
• Process validation and periodic update on procedures based on changing requirements of management systems.
• Use of quality tools and techniques to enhance/ improve the business process.
• Products involved: FAHU, FCU, Ecology units, Heat exchanger coils, Heat pipes.
LPG Plant
Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plant’s critical streams to ensure balanced operation rates and optimum operations.
Liaise between operations control rooms during sequential start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies. Ensure clear guidelines are delivered to manage and reduce negative impact during interruptions or emergencies.
In charge for Pressure Testing Operations of DPT Cylinders.
Monitor production processes and activities to ensure they are compliant with the HSE guidelines.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and productivity.
Having versatile knowledge in bulk LPG Decantation Process, PLT Operations and All Other Safety Equipments.
Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services following OEM’s instructions and established procedures.
Coordinating with Planning Department for planning the Production and timely Filling Operations.
Prepares stock reports and statements for all products handled
To continuously monitor and check for savings in Manpower, Consumables& Power consumption for the operation.
