• Provide the needed legal services for Egis entities in the Middle East (Such as Egis Rail, Egis Engineering, Egis Avia, Egis Industry, 10 design, Helios & Projacs)
• provide legal guidance on Mergers & Acquisitions. Manage and advise on strategic M&A transactions, domestic and international transactions, including structuring considerations, leading diligence, negotiations and closings of transactions. Collaborate with and provide counsel to internal and external stakeholders. Manage external counsel on M&A.

• Attend the board meetings and take care of the company corporat resolution, and legal matters in the Middle East.
• Reviews, drafts and negotiates major contracts mainly relating to construction, governmental and private tenders, Joint Venture and corporate matters, FIDIC, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, IP, IT, joint venture, consortium agreements, settlement agreements, industrial agreements, subcontracts, subconsult and partnerships
• Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with legal requirements, code of Ethics, Compliance procedures, and reduce exposure to legal risks.

• Analysis contracts and highlight the main legal risk (FIDIC, concessions, PPPs, Middle East countries public procurement)
• Identification of contractual risks and commitments related to the Identification of local and in the Middle East legal constraints.

• Achievements: some of my achievements are: I formulated my judgments in a very short time and I never delay a judgment, I stopped the expert witnesses' delay, more than 20% of the cases were stalled in an amicable statement. I improved the quality of the judgment by giving the right positioning to the disputants. I issued judgments in complex legal disputes worth hundreds of millions of Durham.
