• Review/Authorize and approve all IT Related changes before production.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with Change Advisory Board (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes.

• Leading IT Demand Analysis department in analyzing, reviewing and evaluating IT related projects and systems according to business needs across the entire bank.
• Collect and document business requirements using various methods and tools.
• Analyze business processes for better optimization and automation.
• Prioritization of business IT related requests and systems requirements.
• Co-ordinate with consultants and developers for incidents and change requests following best practices in change management “ITIL”.
• Facilitate design and executions of test scenarios and scripts with business users.
• Ensure compliance of internal IT policies and processes.
• Arrange user training to ensure optimum utilization of system.
• Technology and Vendor Evaluations.
• Leading and handling IT projects from initiation phase till closing.
• Leading e-channels application team in testing, deploying and ensuring healthy running of the electronic systems.
• Consult with external and internal entities to evaluate, design, test and install new systems.
