• Responsible for the implementation of the global tool service strategy in Kuwait.
• Contribute to definition and execution of local and regional roadmaps.
• Deliver sustainable results on KPI’s defined by global and cascade to the team.
• Responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process within the service area based on global standards.
• Accountable to execute selected projects of regional roadmap.

• Execute seamless customer experience through end-to-end services processes for all customers.

• Support the Logistics team with forecast for proper planning of local stock and reduce obsolescence.

• Customer Service: team of 3 people responsible for: 1844855 telephone support, outbound calls to customers up to 5 employees and follow-up of customer complaints.
• To work on products by creating value to customer and bring profitability to the organization by increasing the buying customer base & market share.
• Identify business opportunities via market analysis, conduct action plan to explore new business potential, implement sales activities with training support, steering & feedback to Sales team for improvement.
• Implementation of new product launch which includes product & pricing positioning, training programs to sales team & customers.
• Build up short and mid-term product strategy to successfully increase market share and product positioning in the market and further support the long-term company vision as market leader in construction industry.
• Work closely with regional & global teams for project support and specification & approval in Key & Focus Projects for engineering items.
• Support the Logistics team with forecast for proper planning of local stock and reduce obsolescence.
Role Responsibilities:
• Utilizing structured Sales Management Process to maximize sales opportunities and increase market
penetration to Oil & Gas, Power & industrial customers in Kuwait.
• Coordinated and lead overall business activities - product registration & approvals with owners like KNPC,
KOC, KIPIC, MEW and consultants like Tecnicas, Mott Mac, Woods, Jacobs, Bechtel, AMEC foster wheeler,
Samsung engineering, Hyundai Heavy Engineering, etc.
• Provided extensive job-site demonstration of Hilti products to potential buyers /customers and solutions
including non-engineering products to cover all major applications
• Managed and develop the growth of key products within the Oil & Gas sector and ensure successful
introduction of new products like Fastening of Steel, Cable Transit, Raised Floor, Firestops, etc.
• Timely reporting on daily call plan/report, weekly/monthly business plans and key jobsite/project reports on
• Responsible for handling Karnataka & Kerala Region, this involves the sales and marketing of Substation Equipment’s (Power Transformers, CRP’s, Relays, Switchgears and Dissolve Gas Analyzers). in all segments like Industries, Utilities, Power generation, Transmission and distribution, Oil and Gas, Renewables
• Generating new business that support the company’s revenue and profit objectives, develop customers and penetrate existing customers for repeat orders.
• Ensuring the approval of various small to large consultants in the region, with regular follow-up to ensure the projects and submission of our technical specification.
• Creating multiple Key Accounts across the segments, while achieving growth through collaborating with engineering consultants across the region to have the products specified.
• Managing 5 X Channel Partner for further penetration into market from small contractors, industries, realty builders, etc.
• Updating and managing sales-force opportunities in SFDC.
• Coordinating with Commercial team to ensure all Contractual requirements are adhered.
Handled Business Development, which involved working on energy projects.
•Preparation of persuasive presentations and built relationships with Technical Teams.
•Conducted research and analysis of energy efficiency and industry issues.
•Gathered business requirements while analysing financial aspects from a business point of view.

• Worked on project “Feasibility of Low Sulfur Bio Diesel vs. CNG for Gujarat State Transport Corporation
(GSRTC)”.
• Worked on report for “Feasibility of setting up a solar desalination plant in Qatar” through PwC.
