• Perform regular preventive maintenance and assigned mechanical repair.
• Perform component overhaul (engine, transmission, differential, brakes, steering etc).
• Perform minor electrical repairs.
• Perform minor troubleshooting
• Record details of faulty mechanical parts covered by warranty in technical report and get approval from foreman/supervisor.
• Return defective parts covered under warranty with proper tagging and details of vehicle information to Technical and Warranty Department.
• Provide estimate of parts and work required in case of accident repair.
• Assist other technicians and provide technical advice and information to others as needed.
• Fill out parts requirement for assigned job, seek approval on parts requisition forms from Workshop Foreman and collect parts from store.
• Follow the guidelines on ensuring cleanliness of customer vehicle during service operations using protective materials.
• Any other tasks as directed the Foreman/Supervisor
• Comply with quality standards and health and safety procedure.
