JB Schedule, I/O Schedule, Alarm Trip, Cause & Effect, Wiring and ILD Drawings
Coordination with vendors for SAT/FAT activities for field instruments & control systems like DCS, ESD, FGS & FSP system
Supervision of Process Instrument (PT, LT, FT, TE & TT), F&G, flammable detectors (UV/IR), toxic gas detectors (H2S),
combustible gas detectors (HC IR), smoke detectors & manual call point Hook up installation and Testing, calibration & loop
checking, Punch list clearance, system sign off, site modification as required at site condition
Overhauling, calibration, maintaining & troubleshooting process instruments & control systems replacing failed/damaged

Installation of gas leak detection system for NG, LPG, So2 gas stations and pipelines for detection and monitoring. Project team member for commissioning of CEMS (continuous emission monitoring system) for exhausted gases to meet local compliances to measure and maintain exhaust gases within limit before vent it to environment. Project Team Member for furnace fore hearth construction which reduces the total energy consumption of gas to furnace. Worked as the part of plant shutdown & revamp project like furnace canal change, production line revamping in order to increase the productivity and quality of productivity. Installation & commissioning field instruments and process automation system for oxy gas lancing & boosting project to improve product quality and reduce the total energy consumption of gas fired furnace.
Accountabilities
Managing team of technicians and shift engineers to carryout regular maintenance to minimize breakdowns, carryout RCA, MTBF, MTTR. Attending plant breakdown & emergencies, developing strategies for plant maintenance and projects.
Working on SIEMENS PLC S7 300 & 400 using Simatic Manager Involved hardware configuring, installing customizing, tag configuration, I/O Configuration, communication with SCADA network. Cabinet design & modification.
Installing, commissioning and troubleshooting SINAMICS drive,
Installing and commissioning, periodic calibration and maintaining process instruments (flow, pressure, temperature & level transmitters, control & ON/OFF valves).

Performing engineering of Enterprise wide SCADA project spread across 74 locations in India which includes submission of
Engineering Documents like Server Cabinet GA, Power Distribution Drawing, Layout Drawing, Network Configuration Drawing,
Tag Nomenclature & Database Sizing Calculation, Hardware Sizing Bandwidth Calculation, Purchase specifications, vendor
approvals, Commissioning and acceptance procedures.
Accountabilities
Configured, installed and customized ABB SCADA Vantage along with modifying Database and backup utility management in
SCADA Vantage.
Performed HMI configuration and client/server installation of SCADA.
Developed logics in (FBD) for fetching real-time data for all field parameters, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Fire Shutdown
systems, orifice sizing and online instruments calibrations.
