Senior Accountant

* Record the movement of daily accounts through the accounts program

* Issuing customer invoices according to the works performed according to the terms of the contract

* Adjust the movement of customer accounts and suppliers

* Adjust the cash flow daily and bank monthly and make the required approvals

* Follow up the costs of work orders until the invoice is issued

*Follow-up collection of the company's receivables with customers by following them through telephone or visits

* Provide daily reports on the movement of bank accounts and cash to the financial manager

* Submitting monthly sales and production reports to the General Manager.

* Analysis of the monetary covenant of the production officer and follow up the drainage and load them to their cost centers

* Follow up the accounts of the stores in coordination with the storekeeper and work on financing the stores with the required materials.

* Provide semi-annual and annual reports on the company's profits and losses.

* The closing of the financial year and the work of the company's final accounts and balance sheet. Submit annual reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors

*عمل ميزان مراجعة شهرى وسنوى ( يدوي / الحاسوب )
*ترحيل حسابات ختامية ( حساب ارباح وخسائر - حساب المتاجرة )
*عمل قائمة الدخل ( يدوى / الحاسوب ).
عمل ميزانية عمومية سنوية ( يدوي / الحاسوب ).*
*القيام بالتسويات البنكية.
*القيام بجرد المخازن والقيام بتسويات المخازن.

القيام بالاعمال الحسابية الخاصة بالشركة من ادخال قيود يومية على الاكسل وعمل حسابات استاذ لكل عميل ومورد
