Job responsibility involved Solid maintenance program to uphold its production quality and efficiency with SAP-PM Modules .
1. Plans, schedules, assigns, directs and reviews the work of employees engaged in maintaining, repairing, testing, calibrating and installing pneumatic and electronic equipment, chemical feeders, flow meters, Distributed Control System used to monitor and control the Main water Plant and remote water distribution and interceptor monitoring and pumping stations.
2. Directs and assists in troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning electronic, instrumentation and computer equipment.
3. Directs the requisitioning of materials, supplies and equipment for instrument maintenance and repair work. Ensures the maintenance of adequate instrumentation supply inventories.
4. Assists in developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program for instrumentation and computer equipment.
5. Reviews work orders and inspect locations where work is to be performed noting special equipment needs and difficulties which may be encountered.
6. Monitors new developments in the instrument and computer maintenance fields and evaluates their potential application to operations. Recommends and implements improved work methods and procedures.
7. Keeps records makes periodic and special reports of work performed.
8. Assists in formulating the Instrument Shop annual budget and monitors expenditures to conform to the approved budget.
9. Estimates times, cost, labor and material needs; assigns personnel and orders and necessary equipment and materials
10.Co-ordination with planning and commissioning Department for new project
11. Erection inspection of field, and DCS Instrumentation at Site.
12. FAT, SAT Test and Commissioning inspection field instrumentation PLC, DCS, logic function, sequence Startup /Shutdown of plant.
The job responsibility involved Design .Erection, Testing, DCS logic function, & Commissioning activities related to the conversion of Existing GE GAS TURBINE Power Plant into combine cycle Power plant with Heat Recovery Boiler and Auxiliary Boiler supplied by M/s. CCT, Italy and Desalination plant supplied by M/s. SASAKURA, Japan and Distributed Control system by M/s. ABB, Germany and associated works in three sites viz., Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Ajman
