• Responsible for preparing estimated budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and overseeing all contracting works, ensuring adherence to safety measures on campus. This includes construction of new offices, labs, and development of landscaped areas.
• Supervised the installation of over 7, 000 LED lights across six buildings on campus, replacing conventional tube fittings. This initiative significantly reduced maintenance and electricity costs, contributing to the university's sustainable development goals and securing a high ranking in the UI GreenMetric World University rankings.
• Oversees and manages all major event setups on campus, in coordination with the marketing department and multiple contractors, including arranging additional generator backup power supplies for events.
• Tasked with reviewing and providing feedback on electrical drawing submissions by consultants for a major upcoming project on campus.

maintenance and functioning of the government building including HVAC, AHU, Generator, Lifts and low voltage systems.
Worked as consultant in the company which specializes in giving ISO Certifications to other organizations and
Producing industrial feasibility studies.
- Worked on ISO project for National Chemical & Petroleum Industries, Shuaibah to get them certified in ISO
14001:2015 (Environment Management system) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety),
