✓ Daily oversight of staff in varying positions, including working directly with the staff as needed,
scheduling projects, and assigning tasks.

✓ Determine labour requirements and coordinate with contractors to dispatch workers to
construction site.
✓ Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction
site which include overall risk management actions.
✓ Preparing work schedule for the decided work.
PROJECT: MULTI-PURPOSE SPORTS HALL & NATIONAL LICENSING CENTRE DOHA (UNIVERSITY OF DOHA)
Looking out for Façade works, false ceiling, finishing works, flooring.
Determined project feasibility by estimating the quantities and cost of labor, equipment, and materials.
Identified environmental risks and developed strategies for handling them on each project.
✓ Coordinating with project team, assist in review and solve all raised issues.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety and sanitation standards are being met.
Guide managerial and industrial personnel by providing technical advice regarding design, construction, structural repairs, and program modifications
Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites.

Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Carries out site inspection in order to verify the quality of construction.
Prepares and submit regular reports in order to provide management information.
Monitoring and controlling the execution of under construction projects according to the designed drawings/specifications and as per engineering assets and authorities’ requirements.
Track the progress according to project constraints scope, schedule and budget and ensure compliance with quality and safety measurements.
