1.Coordinate with the company’s department to prepare yearly budget, preparing forecast.
2.Coordinate with the company’s department to prepare business plan.
3.Prepare, review and finalize the financial statement monthly quarterly & yearly.
4.Making Comparison the actual result with the budget result to understand the variances and provide recommendation.
5.Ensure the accuracy of all accounting transaction, supervise accounting staff to ensure timely closing monthly, quarterly & yearly.
6.Assist & coordinate with AR accountant to insure the collection met our credit policy.
7.Preparing, review & finalizing a multi management reports (i.e Breakeven point, maintenance report, raw material consumption...etc).
8.Coordinate with external & internal auditors for smooth completion of audit process quarterly & yearly.
9.Supervising and controlling the treasury side including domestic Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee & Funds Movement.
10. Monitoring of tagging, retirement & disposal of fixed assets as per company policy.
11. Ensure appropriate provision for Zakat & VAT & finalizing the certificate from GAZT.
12. Coordinate with other department manager to achieve the overall goal.

1. Ensure the monthly, quarterly and year end close.
2. Preparing the financial statement monthly, Quarterly & yearly along with necessary disclosure.
3. Review and checking of payment, receipt, purchase & adjustment vouchers.
4. Supervision & controlling the accruals, prepayments and provisions accounts.
5. Controlling & follow-up with the bank loans.
6. Suppliers reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation.
7. Preparing Letter of Credit (L.C.) & Letter of Guarantee (L.G.) Management
