Review bids and evaluate bidders for Design and Construction and award contracts.
Direct contractors and consultants onboard to meet projects requirements including end users handover.

manage in house coordination for production of design and drawings,
delivered several design packages to clients with high satisfaction rates
Since I started working with Turner Int., I got involved in several tasks as a planing Engineer; the majority of the work are as the following:
- Schedule construction activities and manpower histogram.
- Update and monitor all concrete quantities.
- Update and monitor construction progress for multistory buildings and for 200m Tunnel.
- Capture the progress photos for 6 building (hotel, furnished suites, office building and medical center).
- Develop reports (weekly and monthly) to upper management.
- Create Architectural designs from concept stage to the final stage.
- coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, MEP) to end up with the desired designs.
- Meet Clients
- Presented my company in many international conference calls (in English).
- Got the municipality approval and the building permits for a 5 star hotel for the authorities.
- Monitored the architectural work and finishes for an interior of a 5 star hotel.
