Civil Engineer
Responsibility
Providing reliable supervision in order to effectively control and approve on site construction activities (Soil Improvement -Backfilling using the RIC & DC-Runway & Taxiway Pavement-Airside/Landside Roads.) - (Stone columns & Piling works) and (Building Works)
Collaborating with the QA/QC) Engineer to conduct site inspections in line with approved test plans.
Monitoring site works and activities to ensure compliance with the relevant method statement, Project Specs, Codes and standards, approved design drawing and Project safety Plans.
Spearheading civil, Structural, Architectural works to ensure coordination with other disciplines.
Ensuring Contractor compliance with procedures, drawings, Project Specifications and HSE requirements.
Inspiring the safe execution of all works, providing correct orientation, discussing risk- assessments and conducting job safety analysis to mitigate site hazards.
Reviewing and evaluating contractor submittals inclusive of method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals and shop drawings.
Monitoring construction progress to ensure that activities are in line with the approved construction Schedule.
Manpower Distribution on-site according to Schedule and critical activities and critical path.
Coordinate with project director & Site managers regarding problems facing the project.
Mobilization & Demobilization of the project.
Daily site execution works ProgressReport.
Subcontractors Daily Site Execution Report.
Daily Subcontractors & Manpower and Equipment's summary report.
Weekly& Monthly site execution works Progress report.
Coordinate and discuss with the consultant regarding

Responsibility
Supervise all structure and Arch. Activities on site
Full coordination and managing of sub-contractors activate on site.
Reporting to client about site progress and handle action plans.
Plan the delivery of the project at hand.
Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments from ensuring the correct material turns up before a job to explaining the work ethics and activates to colleagues.
Report progress on project by suitable media to sector management maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial report to a high standard.
Plan and arrange visits to existing and new potential clients, ensuring every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships.
Reviewing all the drawings to secure the proper Coordination between all the trades.
Preparing the reports (progress, weekly, three weeks look-ahead, and materials delivery).
Providing the site team with all the required data for the execution at the site.
Following the approval of the materials and the delivery schedule.
Following the design and shop drawings.
Checking, occasionally shop drawings submittals and transmittals
Control daily site activities accordingly.
Responsibility
Review the structural, architectural and MEP designs and the plans, method of statements before execution the works.
Follow up on the schedule submitted by the contractor.
Obligating the contractor to abide by the standards and specifications stipulated in the tender.
Monitoring and controlling the quality of the works.
Reporting.
