- Monitor and enforce safety standards across all project sites in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, HSE audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, developing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety meetings.

- Follow the instructions of the shift supervisor.
- Monitor all parameters of the unit and enter periodic readings on log sheets.
- Be alert and take quick actions to overcome sudden changes in operating status.
- Report abnormalities in the plant and troubleshooting with supervisor.
- Assist the shift supervisor in the performance of periodic protection tests.
- Perform equipment change over according to preset schedules.
- Coordinate with shift supervisor for isolating and line up the equipment and system.
- Raise work notification for abnormal in equipment.
