Responsible of handling services for key clients as well as approaching new clients for the sectors of Freight, Transport and E-commerce. My role also includes building long-term relation with prospect clients, meetings with potential clients and all necessary follow up, making required presentations, negotiating agreements, finalizing deals, maintaining good and healthy relation with the existing clients, and preparing market potential and status reports.
Responsible of managing all employees in the branches, handling all sales & administrative issues as well as executing all communications, tasks, activities, objectives and goals related to the business development and sales. I am also responsible of increasing sales transactions and solving complex issues of clients that require higher management interference
Responsible of all sales & administration activities which include contracting with new clients, maintaining good relationship with the existing clients, coordinating with all clients with regards to dispatched shipments, following up with the drivers to make sure shipments are delivered on time and assisting if any problem occurs.
