Production Planning : Planning the main product in the factory.
 Receiving the client's orders from our Marketing dept.
 Coordinate with the engineering dept. to provide the required bill of materials.
 Confirm the availability of the required material in the warehouse.
 Determine the shortage of required material and instructing the purchasing dept to order them.
 Determining / Monitoring the lead time of the required material to meet the production
schedules.
 Scheduling the final product to the production line.
 Coordinate with all related departments to deliver the final products to end clients.

I have been starting with Johnson Control International as the overseas purchaser.
The main functions:
* Produce purchase orders and ensure compliance company policy and procedure.
* Monitor all purchase orders and follow up with related vendors till they are available and ready for shipping.
* Arrange /segregate the orders that are available in vendor's warehouse to be shipped through the forwarders at perfect time and price.
* Maintain effective relationship with vendors, planners, and sourcing team.
* Evaluate the performance of all vendors, forwarders and make recommendations to improve delivery processes.
* Evaluate all invoice and price against delivery-related problems.
* Work with our finance to solve/release supplier's payments.

I worked in the supply chain department, handling two main functions:
1.
