Job responsibilities:-
1. Responsible to maintain and control whole operation process.
2. Responsible for the Sourcing customer to have sufficient feeding of production lines.
3. Ensuring on-time data administration and maintenance in related IT systems
4. Established operation process, as well as Sourcing and costing matrix to have the right execution as well as Category merchandise procurement system.
5. Define and create a Material / Trim / Product Library.
6. Monitor production planning by booking capacity and Material before the order is officially placed.
7. Identifying suppliers who can fulfil quicker production and drop ship projects
8. Responsible for Drop Shipment requests and products/orders sourced via Customer Portfolio
9. Contract Negotiations / Order Management
10. Established weekly Sourcing Reports and build up Reporting Tools
11. Implement Production Planning based on Capacity Booking, Definition of weekly Order Windows based on CSD to increase flexibility.
12. Improved Lead Time from Capacity Booking till ex-factory dates.
13. Working closely with Logistics and PM / Design departments
14. Order Consolidation whenever possible

Job responsibilities:-
01. Developing assigned styles/collections in cooperation with Product Management, Design directly with supplier
02. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (Style specifications, BOM, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments)
03. Communicate proactively cross-functional, internal and external to ensure a smooth product development process
04. Responsible for the costing process to achieve best possible margin
05. Ensuring on-time data administration and maintenance in related IT systems
06. Established a costing matrix together with the supplier to share with the PM
07. Define and create a Material / Trim / Product Library
08. Preparing Fitting, Sealing Comments, Production Preparation and make product Buy Ready
09. Preparing production planning by booking capacity and Material before the order is officially placed
10. Responsible for on-time delivery of Proto-/ Salesmen-/ Sealing Samples
11. Identifying suppliers who can fulfil quicker production and drop ship projects
12. Responsible for Drop Shipment requests and products/orders sourced via Brandon Supplier Portfolio
13. Follow up Routines and standards for QC and QA with Brandon vendors
14. Secure CSR and Environmental standards for Brandon suppliers
15. Contract Negotiations / Order Management
16. Established weekly Sourcing Reports and build up Reporting Tools
17. Implement Production Planning based on Capacity Booking, Definition of weekly Order Windows based on RSD to increase flexibility
