-Assurer of training APW modules to employees by level, Operators, Head of antity, Head of workshop and function
-Management of KPI performance indicators
Pilot the definition, realization, integration and evolution of the manufacturing process
-Study the industrial feasibility Product / Process and preparation of the product for its manufacture
-Defining the manufacturing process (operating mode and tooling, sizing, cutting, sequencing, time objectives), using the associated documentation and piloting the application by the manufacturer
-Realize the implementation of the specified process accompanying products in its ownership and participating in the resolution of manufacturing problems
-Contribute to improving performance by:
-Development of standards and automation of repetitive tasks, improvement of tools and sizing methods
-Management and coaching of the production team with Animation results daily.
-Target achievement of production from the program / schedule
-Animation manufacturing UET in terms of QUALITY, TIME, COST, HR and Environment with a dashboard UET
-Study and improvement of workstations in terms of yield; reliability and productivity
-Monitoring of quality indicators, productivity and production UET;
-Realization of animation meetings with employees.
-Achievement Observations workstations following the automotive standards.
-Validation of FOS production on Pro SPR.
-Management and monitoring of progression and individual competence of each staff
-Monitoring targets of unity according to DOPA of the year
Check the reliability of deliveries, organize the implementation of inventory depot level
-Coordinate and monitor the operations of shipments and deliveries according to orders
