To greet all customers entering the shop, assess and understand their requirements; ensure no customer is unattended.
Provide all required product and price information to the customer and effectively close the sale.
Prepare invoices thoroughly without any corrections or over-writing for all sales made.
Receive repair orders from customer; follow-up on the repair orders for timely delivery.
Prepare and submit the Daily Sales Report to the Shop-manager.
Participate in all stock-taking exercises.
Ensure prominent display of all advertising and POS material in shop.

• Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting daily field visits to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business results and joint work.
• Ensures that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment/credit terms in order to sustain the company's cash flow levels.
• Apply, follow, suggest, and develop a sales area and route plan
• Achieved service time and quality targets.
• Deciding how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
• Seeks consistently new customers in order to help build the customer base and increase sales results
• Ensuring that enough merchandise is in stores at the right time of the season and Maintaining products on Store racks, shelves, and displays

Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs & queries about products, prices and services
Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs

Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques Focusing on Up selling/ Cross selling
