King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District (CBD). Combining a real estate development of circa; 850, 000 sqm NLA of office space, 115, 000 GLA of retail, 1, 200 residential units and 600 hospitality keys. This extensive real estate is distributed across 129 separate plots, each at
varying levels of completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistance Project Managers on commercial matters
- Provide the required technical support, assistance and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities covering tender
evaluation, measurement, certification and payments.
- Review and evaluate tender submissions.
- Monitor all the cost and contractual aspect and report directly to senior contracts engineer and management.
- Review and check quantity measurements and Prepare the Quantity Survey Reports.
- Review monthly Interim Payment Certificate and preparation of Final Account.
- Ensure that full documentation and records are maintained in the Engineer’s office facility to properly substantiate all Interim and
Final Payments to the contractor to a standard acceptable to the Client
- Review claims submitted.
- Review variation orders submitted.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to allow the client to make decisions.
- Provision of quantity surveying management to the whole project team as well as the contractors and consultants as maybe required. - Preparing tender / bid evaluations and recommendations in coordination with the quantity surveyors and construction managers. - Provision of all the technical data to the commercial manager to be included in the project’s reports and such other reports, exercises

High rise buildings : Eight OFFICES BUILDINGS AND HOTELS with 500, 000 m2 built up area• Infrastructure for 104 Towers with total area (1, 690, 630.5 m2)
. Two CHILLERS STATION
Waste transfer station. 42 TANKS, Pump rooms, Grey water treatment plant
7.0KM Box culvert and 12 KM Road networks
160KM Underground networks(SEWEG; STORM, IRRIGATION, CHILLED WATER, WATER SUPPLY …ext.)
K.F.U Housing Project -- Al Ahsa. 931, 300 M2 Of Devolvement Area
It Consists of the following
346 Typical Villas - 5 Vice Rectors Villas And One Type Villa For Rector - 28 Apartment Buildings - 2 Shopping Center And 2 Mosques - All Infrastructure Work For The Site.
Responsibilities:
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Lead Quantity surveying team.
Oversee and direct construction project from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
Carrying out inspections of all works from excavation to final delivery of concrete works.
Allocates daily manpower & delegate’s works to foremen & charge hands.
Coordinates with sub-contractors for smooth functioning of site.
Checks & ensures works/activities to be completed as per drawings & quality.
Coordinates with garage for machinery, equipment’s, and transportation.
Follows MR, PO, supplier & garage (if required) for materials delivery.
Checks & ensures materials delivery as per purchase orders quantities & quality.
Makes concrete request & to follow ups for smooth delivery during casting.
Checks (ready mix) concrete (slump, temperature, etc.) & takes sample for testing.
Coordinates with engineering for discrepancies, changes, variations as build drawings, etc.
