**JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible of precast factory, batch plant, Laboratory and production processes.
• Supervise and inspect all activities and tests related to the concrete and precast product in laboratory.
• Supervise all activities of precast product processes to make sure that we are on track with Engineering goals Quality, Economy and Time.
• Responsible of batch plant, material inspection, concrete mixing and concrete testing.
• Make good relation between project goals, company strategic objectives, and quality department goals to achieve quality, project and company goals.
• Doing all quality document related to the concrete and precast product.
• Help and support Material Engineer in tests, concrete mix design and method of statements as per project specification (MOC).

**Job Description:
• inspect and check all elements of precast or pre-stressed as
per PCI specification and as per approved shop drawing.
• Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.
• Perform needed tests on production in laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications.
• Use engineering principles and basics at QC, to reach the goal of any engineering job, which is work with best quality, lowest cost and shortest time.

• Supervising Production, make sure and do the best to finish production in the required or at the previously scheduled
specific date or less .
• Creating an atmosphere of safety at work .
• Giving status updates, Monitoring, and taking design suggestions.
• Making and preparing paper works as daily Reports (check list), which is commonly requested by consultant as per ISO 9001
