etting up a production operations strategies following ISO-9001-2015 for
PLEKO since it’s a start-up company moved recently to Saudi.
- Developing PLEKO products to meet Saudi construction sector satisfaction
and competing our competitors’ products.
- Searching for local raw materials to get better quality and price.
- Manage production request order based on sale dept requests or stock
level needs.
- Secure needed raw materials in the warehouse covering the productions
- Supervise on the production process and creating bill of material on ERP to
consume raw materials from stock and control the cost.
- Train the clints in site for proper application of PLEKO material.
- Visit clint’s site for quality checking of the application of waterproof system
or thermal insulation system.
- Ensuring that PLEKO’s workshop operation meets the safety standards
