1. Reporting to Equipment Manager.
2. Supervises all division activities.
3. Responsible for repairing processes, Mobile maintenance vehicles, diesel vehicles and puncher car.
4. Dealing with huge fleet of equipments (245 equip on 9 big sites) such as excavators (Caterpillar, Smottomo, Hitachi, Daewoo and Volvo), Wheel loaders (caterpillar, Volvo, Daewoo, Kawasaki and China loaders), Trenchers (Tesmec with C13 engine), Dump Trucks (Man, Volvo, Actors, and Hyundai ), low beds (Actors and Volvo(2 and 3 axles)), Dyana, Pick-ups and Sedan cars.
5. supervises repairing, overhauling and services processes for all fleet.
6. Making Weekly meeting to discuss the division disadvantages and progress point which had achieved with all staff.
7. Preparing monthly reports about whole plant working performance.
8. To allocate and progress work and check quality and quantity of work.
9. Reducing annual division repairing and maintenance cost.
10. Reviewing the stock level for spare parts and filters.

1. Supervises all company assets maintenance and repairing works.
2. Doing maintenance planning programs for all assets.
3. Doing Annual budget for PMV division and reviewing it with division accountant.
4. Put solutions for the critical problems in any asset.
5. Supervising all division mechanics and maintaining an accurate maintenance and repairing procedures.
6. Reviewing all spare parts and repairing invoices.
7. Operate and produce reports on personal performance.
8. Authorizing requisitions for spares as necessary.
9. Carry out inspections of vehicles and plant to ensure a good standard of workmanship is maintained.
10. Check and certify Workshops Technicians' time sheets.
11. Advise Workshops Technicians on repairs, servicing and other technical problems

1. Doing of preventive maintenance and scheduling of maintenance in order to ensure long and right operation of all equipments.
2. Make daily, weekly and monthly reports to the maintenance Manager.
3. Make monthly reports about the misuse faults in any equipment from the other people.
4. Distribution of the work to all technicians under my charge and follow them continuously.
5. Inspection of all mechanical and electrical systems.
6. Making weekly lectures to all mechanics to improve their knowledge.
7. Reviews the work of outside workshops that are performing contract or warranty maintenance work on company vehicles and equipment.
8. Reviews and approves all invoices for outside work.
9. Supervises the mobile service vehicle to make the required service for all sites in the company.
10. Responsible of the spare parts inspection to meet the required specification according to manufacturer recommendation.
11. Deal with wide range of mobile cranes such as Nissan Diesel, Kato Groove, Liebherr and Tadano .
12. Deal with wide range of equipments such as generators (Cummins, Perkins and Yammer) and its load calculations (small and big), shovels, skid loader, air compressor, concrete mixer machines, JCB 3.C.X, boom loader 535, roller compactors, plate compactors, tiles cutting machines, wood cutting machines, block cutting machines bar cutting machines, bar bending machines and all types of vehicles.
13. Study of all Quotation from outside companies with related with spare parts and tools.
14. Reduces repair costs and the workshop budget.
15. Reviews stock availability and ensure the required spare parts level within the allow limit.
16. Doing reports to Logistics In-Charge regarding the exact fault as per defective machinery.
17. Handling all sites machineries and equipments for logistics works.
18. Handling all sites transportation activities

1. Reviews outside workshops if they are performing contract or warranty maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
2. Reviews and approves all invoices for outside work.
3. Responsible of the vehicles inspection and its spare parts to meet the required specification according to manufacturer recommendation.
4. Established the work shop of Al-Ahli driving Centre from the start.
5. Study the Quotation from other companies with related with spare parts and tools.
6. Directly reported to Finance and Administrator Manager every month regarding the part installed in every vehicle cost.
7. Reduced repair costs for the workshop budget.
8. Responsible for more than 200 vehicles including light vehicles ( Toyota Corolla, , Toyota Hi-Ace), heavy vehicles ( Mercedes Trucks, Forklifts cat. and China Buses)

1. Supervises garage and doing reports to the General Manager.
2. Make a deal with other garages which is offering other services and make deal with them
3. Approves the quality of the spare parts and outside invoices.
4. Responsible for many cities sites and its equipments which need to maintenance.
5. Makes the annual cost for every equipment and how to reduce it
6. Make weekly, monthly maintenance to every vehicle
7. Responsible for wide fleet of equipments including light and heavy generators.
