• Responsible to manage the Warehouse staff in a matter which maximizes efficiency, customer service level, operational as well as reporting perfection.
• Responsible to maintain on-time and accurate data entry on WM 4000 System.
• Responsible to maintain regular, accurate, and on-time reports.
• Responsible to make sure all the staff are preparing their reports and manual documents accurately and on-time.

• Responsible for complying with UTi safety and security standards, and to maximize the safety and security awareness of warehouse staff.
• Responsible to follow up the EDI process which uploads the ASN on the WM4000 and in CES (HUAWEI system.
• Responsible to authorize the ASN receipt notes and send them by email to client .
• Responsible to update the status of the ASN receipt lots as per HUAWEI's instructions if any (HOLD/RELEASE/DAMAGED).
• Responsible to follow up the EDI process which uploads the Shipment Orders on the system, allocate the orders, print pick tickets from Inzalo and hand them to the shift leader, then ship the orders on the system, the ones that have been physically loaded on delivery trucks.
• Responsible to make sure the stock on the system is identical to the physical stock in terms of quantity, item codes, item details, and locations and matched with CES system
• Responsible to manage the physical count, and to analyze and solve any discrepancies.
• Check every Operation in W.H (DN Checker - Locator Owner - Editor).
• Evaluation all staff According to the accuracy of work.
