Responsibilities:
•Providing site engineering and technical skills and expertise for the construction process
•Reviewing Tender drawings and providing positive comments
•Execution of all Electrical Installation works as per the approved shop drawings of Power Distribution/Low current Systems.
•Ensuring all relevant technical information is available to the construction team at a zero-defect level
•Inspection and monitoring the site activities, Preparing Bill of Materials, Method of statement and Inspection Test plan.
•Coordination with Architectural/ID, Civil/Structural & Mechanical departments for Works and effective project implementation.
•Ensuring proper implementation of works is carried out as per the specifications/shop drawings, in accordance with established procedures & safe working methods as per company’s HSE plan.
•Material and Labour management, Target and assist in the delivery of engineering excellence in safety at assigned site.
•Reporting to Project Manager any project related quality, speed or scheduling issue and discuss way forward
•Aided the Project Manager in scheduling the project, project cost monitoring and ensures that the progress of the work is in accordance with the project Plan/Program schedule and as per the estimated cost.
•Attending Weekly/Monthly Progress/Coordination meetings with Client, Consultant, Project Management, Main/MEP/ID Contractors/Sub Contractors & System/Product Installer/Supplier

Responsibilities:
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements (MS), Project schedules, reports and technical query submitted by the contractor to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the project specification, contractual documents, codes & standards.
Review and approve material approval request, product data, samples & Inspection/test reports.
Supervision of Electrical systems installation on a daily/regular basis, conducting site inspections, advising solutions for site problems/issues to ensure quality control and compliance with full contract documents & providing site reviews.
Involved in QA/QC of works, Issuing (SI/NCR) for the unacceptable work practice at site/violation against specifications.
Witnessed factory acceptance test (FAT) & Inspection of material at site (SAT).
Reporting to project manager any project related quality, speed or scheduling issue and discuss way forward
Attending meetings with Client & Contractors in technical/design issues and progress meeting. Coordination between various disciplines (Architectural/ID, Civil/Structural & MEP) to ensure construction quality, closely related works & design compliance
Leading site inspectors and ensure no deviations in executing the plan.
Supporting Project Manager with managing client relations and expectations/responding to client clarifications on technical issues.
Ensuring that projects are delivered successfully to an appropriate level of quality, on time and on budget
Verification of payments certificate as per the site work done & certifying the monthly payment certificate.
Witnessing all testing, commissioning, start-up activities to assure contractors compliance with the approved plans and procedures.
Coordination with local authorities for energisation of Electrical Systems installations.
Approve as-built drawings as per site installations & Checking final handing over documents
Prepared detailed designs of various electrical systems in compliance to local authorities’ regulations, codes and standards.
Leading Electrical Draftsman, Organize & monitor CAD production
Checking drawing for quality control using checklists. Feeding positive comments on the drawings and ensuring all the calculations and details are available in the design drawings to include in the final design packages.
Submitting design drawings to authorities and follow up until approval is granted prior to construction and during construction
