• Working in SCADA control Plant as a Control Room Supervisor / Operation Supervisor and coordinator for the operations & maintenance and as an electrical supervisor of STP, ETP, Pumping Stations, and SGWT Plants and providing an uninterrupted supply of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) for irrigation and other industrial use.
• Lead a team of Supervisors, foremen, operators, technicians, and skilled workers to operate the plant to achieve 100% of the department KPI.

• Oversee and manage the biological start-up operation of a full-scale wastewater treatment plant until the design capacity is reached. The Condition in the plant is optimized to maintain the guaranteed effluent quality.
• Utilization of Computerized O&M management and work permit System (MAXIMO, CMMSCAPM) for preventive maintenance and Inventory.

• GE MS9001FA; MS9001E; ABB GT13E2; MITSUBISHI MHI-701G & MW-251; SIMENS KWU-V93.1 & V94.1, FIAT (Fuel Oil & Gas) with Starting Motor, LCI / SFC; Lube, Jacking, Sealing Oil system; Combined Cooling Water & Fuel Gas System, etc.
• Standard of Safety and Work Cleanliness Office and Ensuring Health, Safety & environmental activity (HS&E).
• Operation of Firefighting, CO2, Fire Detection & Gas Detection System, Plant Air Conditioning and Ventilation System, Alstom Atlantic 90 MVA Unit Transformer, 15 MVA Station Transformer and 3 MVA Auxiliary Transformer, 1.7MW Black Start Diesel Generator, NGR and 125 VDC system.
• Operation of GE Energy Mark VIe Control System.
• To ensure the checking of control systems for proper operation before starting & after the shutdown of the GT.
• Monitor bearing vibration & oil drain temp, temp & pressure of circulating water, lube oil, atomizing air (cooling & sealing air), hydraulic & control oil, exhaust & wheel space temp, max spread & allowable spread, and winding temp during GT operation.
• To minimize station auxiliaries considering the load and fill up the GT form BOP every week, trouble report, etc.
• Properly record all start, stop, trip, customer tripping report, export report, plant availability, and all Check sheets.
• Operation of Switching programs of electrical utility, Shutdowns, and outages as per international standards safety regulations & procedures.
• Seawater Pump House (ABB), Electro chlorination Plant (ABB), Water Treatment Plant (ABB), Forwarding Pump House (ABB)
• Heat Recovery Boiler (HRSG), (ABB) and Desalination Plant (WEIR WESTGARTH). Start-up/Shutdown of plants following SOP.
• Routine equipment changeover. Aware of work permit documentation and responsibilities for isolation & deisolation during all maintenance.
• Routine inspection and monitoring parameters of Boiler & auxiliaries like Distillate Pumps, Condensate Extraction Pumps, chemical Pumps, Diverter Dampers, Damper sealing air fans, Scanner cooling fans, Feed pumps, etc.
• Operation of a large Desalination plant, and fully conversant of the work of Plant operation in Shifts. Have exposure to the Control room or DCS Operations, along with monitoring plant utilities of the following systems: -
 WHR Boiler & Steam Systems, Feed water systems, Air Compressors, Steam/Condensate/Deaerator systems, Sea Water systems, distillate, Diverter Damper Hydraulic systems, Supplementary Firing Systems, Fuel Gas & Chromatography Systems, makeup water & RFT system, dosing and sampling & draining system, LO system, neutralization system and related Utilities/Rotating equipment.
 Pumps: feed water pump, make-up water pump, CCCW pump, dosing pumps, cooling & sealing air fan, preservation pump, air compressors, DD LO pump, clean drain pump, chemical neutralization pump, brine re-circulation & blow-down pump, distillate/condensate pump, OLCS pump, HPD pump, water ejector pump, sea water pump, electro chlorination dosing pump, H2 blower, acid clean pump, Co2 booster pump, diesel pump, backwash pump etc. Exposure to BOP & Desalination Process.

Taking Shutdowns and outages as per international standards safety regulations & procedures.
2 Nos. of 2500kVA 11/0.4kV & 1 No. of 2000kVA 11/0.4kV Station Transformer. 132/11/0.4kV ring type switchyard, substation earthing system. Site tests on MV SWGR, power transformer, cables & Handle test instruments and carry out tests independently. Read & maintain all electrical schematics, as-built drawings, files & records. Supervise testing, commissioning & pre-commissioning activities, and warranty services. Supervise the snags & defects rectification works and Handle manpower to accomplish specified tasks. Experienced in general maintenance procedures of all electrical utilities. Inspecting 0.4/11/132kV substation, and switchyards & record any abnormalities related to technical/safety, etc. and submitting the same to the concerned person for remedial action.
Attended preventive & breakdown maintenance of 0.4/11/33kV switchgear. electrical defects/repairs/replacement/wiring/rewiring, etc. of electrical fitting in the substation. Assisting during emergency breakdown complaints/preventive maintenance works for all equipment, i.e. 33/11kV CBs, Transformers, 11/0.4kV Ring Main Units, Transformers, LVBDs, etc.
