Major Responsibilities:
Developed process and design capital equipment for aluminum extrusion profiles, coordinating
engineering activities within the internal departments.
Leading liaison between Saudi Arabia and India offices in assuring proper and expedient exchange of information concerning design & drafting documentation and final design compatibility.
Develop solutions to production problems related to materials, processes and tooling.
Collaborate with management to provide technical and engineering expertise for estimations.
Interacting with Die shop floor engineers for the profile blueprint improvement & extrusion possibilities.
Making packaging drawings in view of Clubbing and placement of profiles according to the size, shape & weight with respect to crate size in order to optimize the maximum shipment by truck or container.
Major Projects Handled:
Marine: Working this project for Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company, ADMA-OPCO in brief, is a major producer of oil and gas from the offshore areas of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Heading the fabrication team for the Development of offshore Helideck project.
Automotive: Successfully executed global projects for the design changes of Mechanical guide rail and wind deflector and other automobile parts and components for clients such as Honda, Nissan,
jaguar etc. Majorly involved in development and process control of the product delivery and managed a team to reduce the cost of production.,
Architectural: Design of aluminium windows/ doors systems profiles including Thermal break and Non-
Thermal break function. And dedicated design of seashore fences in aluminium and steel
materials using British Standards BS EN 12020-2:2008 as well as BS EN 755-9:2008. Project
involves full product life cycles which include Design & Dev. according to Prototype outcome,
fabrication, coating process etc.
Rectified the automobile failure product (Refco-U.K.) & saved approx.$ 120, 000.00
Successfully programmed and executed the optimization of container loading
project for the extruded aluminium profiles.
Major Responsibilities
Create prototypes, test functionality, develop specifications and qualify new designs.
Improving the design, performance and efficiency of existing products.
Provide technical support to Marketing and Operations to resolve any issues with existing products.
Develops concepts by defining form, features, and aesthetics; exploring alternative designs within the costing structure determined by the marketing/sales team.
Researching and developing ideas for new products and production systems.
Determine product requirements and specifications within a competitive costing structure.
