Project Management:
•Establishing project review, monitoring, and status reporting procedures to accurately report the progress of the project to the stakeholders and end-user clients.
•Handling activities about working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
Detail & Design Engineering:
•Developing the conceptual design of new product sent ailing drawings & specification study, quotation inquiry study & finalization, scheduled for development and client approval.
•Reviewing the engineering/design changes & resolving quality-related problems associated with the design and developing design procedures to test existing equipment to identify areas for improvement.
•Heading and directing the CAD& Documentation team and ensuring they are supplied with all necessary inputs whenever required.
•Assist sales team in technical aspects by providing the necessary technical details and attending client meetings.
Techno-Commercial Operations:
•Preparing technical & commercial proposals along with handling quotes & billing-related formalities, O&M Manuals, warranty documents, and system specifications &documentation.
•Formulating technical specifications & scope, deliverables, estimates, billing schedules, evaluation of quotes & placement of orders.
Vendor Management:
•Identifying a vendor source, evaluating & negotiating with vendors for price & various other terms & conditions.
•Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality of service, credit terms, and feedback from customers. etc.
