• Provision of technical support for the regional Utilities sales force throughout the following markets Egypt, Levant(Lebanon, Jordan), GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq) and West East Arica (Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana).
• Focused Product demonstrations and Business consultancy for Enterprise Business Solution such as Customer Care and Billing, Meter Data Management, Mobile Workforce Management, Enterprise GIS and Business Intelligence.

• Part time Business analyst for Enterprise Advanced Metering Management and GIS systems during delivery and operation phases.
• Update knowledge management with all information concerned with Smart Utilities IT domain.
• Regular internal awareness sessions to regional sales/presales in Smart Grid and Smart metering offering.
• Apply product and industry specific knowledge to understand business problems and bring relevant recommendations to the client.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
• Support customer-facing and prospect education activities, such as trade events, user conferences, delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and delivering product demonstrations
• Participating in international conferences worldwide and in the region such European Utilities Week and Saudi Smart Grid International conferences for being update with the new technologies, Solutions, Trends and services in the Utilities sector.
• Developing new offering for Enterprise business solution based on different commercial alternatives and approaches such as Opex\Capex model, Revenue Share Model, Private and Public Cloud SaaS & PaaS models.
• Developing company offering and portfolio for targeting new sectors such as smart transportation and Mobility Solutions for Enterprise Business and operational solutions.
• Domain Expert in Business Intelligence Solution from International vendors such Qlik and Oracle.
• Qlik Academy Certified and Conducting Qlikview SiB for specific customers.
• Applying Qlik Customer Sales Process QCCS from Goal Identification till the commitment phase.

Cairo Water Company SCADA “Water Management system”, The Project included Implementation of GE Smallworld NRM, Hydraulic Modeling, Smallworld SI and SCADA integration. My Role was on the Pre-Sales Activities and technical advisor during the Implementation for the Smallworld NRM Water and worked as Hydraulics Modelling specialist on the Hydraulic analysis software
Town Gas Prototype, The project included Customer data analysis, clean up, Smallworld GDO implementation & configuration, Data Migration, Customer specific requirements customization, final demonstration and Technical\Financial proposal.My role was handling all the above prototype activities within the technical team and customer staff in addition all presales and technical analysis some technical support activities for the technical team
