Preparing submittals, transmittals submitting to the client for approval, all approved Architecture, Structure Drawings, Material Approvals scanning and sending to the related sites by mail by fax and by hand. Coordinating with all site Managers and Engineers in order to provide their required documents filing all original documents under my custody.
Maintain Office services, Design and implement office policies, Establish standards and procedures, Supervise office staff, Prepare Time sheets, Review and approve supply requisitions, Assign and monitor clerical & secretarial functions, Recruit and select office staff, Orient & train employees, Design filing systems, Ensure filing systems are maintained & up to date, Ensure protection and security of files and records, Plan & implement office systems, layout & equipment procurement. Typing, filing, letter drafting, notes a minute of meeting preparing meeting agendas, attending telephone call, sending request to the suppliers for quotations, dealing with suppliers, coordinate with all department Managers in order to provide their requirements.
