Testing Experience (TUV RHEINLAND ARABIA TEST CENTER, JEDDAH) (FEBRUARY-2016)
•Safety testing of different household products like Rice cooker, hot plates etc.… as per SASO-GSO-IEC-60335-1 standards.
•Testing of heavy machinery products like generators, power tools as per SASO-IEC-60204-1 standard.
•Testing of Television, speakers & IT products as per SASO-IEC-60950-1.
•Testing of different lamps items as per SASO-IEC-60598-2-1.
•Hand on experience to conduct DURABILITY, PROTECTION FROM HAZARDS using probe, PROVISION OF EARTHING AND BONDING, ELECTRICAL INSLUTION, CLEARANCE & CREEPAGE DISTANCE, DROP TEST, THERMAL & HIGH VOLTAGE TESTS of different household & electrical products.
-Creation of Certificate of Conformity (CoC) in Secure shipment platform (SSP).
-Review test reports of electrical products and ensure that product comply with KSA regulations as per defined SASO standards or the international standards adopted by the SASO.
-Review Inspection reports done for the KSA shipment to make sure the compliance of the product.
-Done physical inspections for the shipment exporting to Kuwait and ensure specific product complying with the Kuwait regulations.
-Creation of Technical evaluation report (TIR) for Kuwait shipments.
-Ensure to maintain the IIFA code of conducts to arrange inspections of shipment once in a 3 month.
-Make sure to have technical & Non-Technical documents in our data base in order to maintain Quality management system as per ISO 9001.
-Maintain lead time to delivery of CoC.
-Creation of invoice using software SAP.
-Submitted Energy efficiency applications for Air-Conditioners (SASO 2663, SASO 2681, SASO 2682), Washing machine (SASO 2692, SASO 2683, SASO 2693), Refrigerator/freezer (SASO 2664), Lamps (SASO 2870) & Electrical Motors (SASO-IEC-60034-30)
-Submitted CITC applications for IT products.
-Follow-up with the clients for the payments.
Worked as a troubleshoot engineer. Had an experience on 2G, 3G & 4G routers.
