Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer operating systems, and all required applications for the user.
• Assist in software upgrades, network configuration as well as server configuration if required.
• Installing network printers and scanners and provide support for changing VLan if required for the installation.
• Troubleshooting windows OS issues, software issues, network issues, outlook issues, etc.
• Installation and configuration EID readers, Bar Code readers and E-Dirham machines.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults, and configuration of Zebra and Wrist Band printers.
• Monitoring BMC remedy tool for tickets assigned and closing the issues based on priority as per SLA. Forwarding tickets to System/Network support if the issue is out of EUS scope.
• Cordinate with Application team to resolve problems user face in HIS system.
• Prioritize VIP tickets and resolve before SLA breaches.
• Provide Active directory services such as creating/removing users, user password reset, name change, assigning user to respective OU and account unlock services.
• Accessing file server for creating/removing share folders, providing modify/read only access to share folders upon request.
• IP Phone installation and troubleshooting, creating RMA if required.
• Assisting users 24/7 via remotely even on weekends
• Support NOC team incase any issue alert they receive and diagnose/resolve the particular issue on urgent basis.
• Daily inspecting MDF/IDF rooms for smooth running of network and servers.
• Provided all support during Covid-19 pandemic without any hesitation, represented by Front-Line Heroes.
