• Estimation of Man-hours for the design phase of the project
• Provided support during start-up of projects, ensuring multidiscipline engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Supervise all team members to maintain the quality of the deliverable document, including Piping Material and piping stress analysis job to meet client standard, and International code requirement
• Manage and develop working plan to ensure the job delivery are within the budget and schedule.
• Coordinated with different discipline to identify any clash and to resolve queries during the engineering phase
• Conducted Constructability workshop with client and construction contractor to resolve any obstacles that may arise during the construction, since the complete construction has to be performed during limited shutdown time.

• Feasibility study of Re-Routing of Cooling water Supply & Return line for Ethylene Cracker, HDPE, LDPE, PPX Plants, Tasnee Al Jubail.

PROJECT ROLE: SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER
• Stress Analysis of 36” Gas pipeline, Flange check, Support selection, Stress Report preparation.
• Underground pipe stress analysis.
• Preparation of Pipe Material Specification, Valve datasheet, Pipe wall thickness calculation.
• Preparation of Material Requisition, performing TBC, TBE & NMR review.

• Design of 36” Sales Gas Pipeline (37 km) for Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu.
• Saudi Aramco In-Plant Facilities for Jizan- Abha Pipeline, Saudi Arabia.
• Design of Water treatment plant at King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST), Jeddah.

PROJECT ROLE: SENIOR PROJECT PIPING ENGINEER
• Performed Stress analysis for the system using CAESAR software.
• Completed the procurement activities of the critical long lead items before the Major Turnaround.
• Effectively coordinated with Plant operation, and construction team for smooth completion of the project.
• Prepared the ITB for construction contractor.
• Minimized error by effective planning so as to complete the project within the schedule during the Turnaround.
• Improved quality so as to minimize punch list items during the PSSR by effective co-ordination with different departments including Operation team.

PROJECT ROLE: PIPING ENGINEER

• Installation of the 2nd Stage Compressor Project for Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) at Yibal Government Gas Power Plant.
