Role and Responsibilities:
•Analyzing bill of quantities, drawings, specifications, to prepare RFQ/RFP.
•Sourcing new vendors for prequalify in accordance to procurement/project standards policies & procedures and developing strategic vendor relationship.
•Following and receiving quotations (or) proposals from vendors for preparing comparison of technical, commercials and lead-time to choose best award.
•Drafting, preparing purchase orders, contracts, SLAs and blanket orders in compliance to procurement policies and procedures.
•Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure the quality, budget, documentations, exceptions are under the protocol of procurement.
•Awarding orders to competitive bidders/vendors and following for formal acknowledgements of orders.
•Follow up for delivery & payments milestone in accordance to order T & C.
•Preparation of daily/weekly reports of progress for management overview.
