Job Responsibilities
1. Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
2. Refer approved shop drawings for site execution works and including installation works.
3. Accountable for latest approved relevant documents are available at the work point e.g. shop drawings, sketches, method statements, ITP, technical data sheet of the product etc.
4. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations confirm to standards and customer requirements.
5. Responsible to ensure that the work carried out on site in accordance to the latest approved drawings, documents and specification at the time of execution.
6. Accountable for approved PQP is implemented and effective on this project.
7. To ensure that all Measuring and Testing devices I equipment's being used on this project where required are calibrated periodically against certified standard equipment.
8. Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
9. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
10. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
11. Supervise and train project team members (Supervisors, foreman & Labors).
12. Raising MR, MIR, IR, etc on timely basis planning in advance for the requirement of next 2 weeks.
13. Responsible for the participation in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of the meeting records.

16. Referring the SLDs and handling a team of site supervisors, foreman and technicians.
17. Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.
18. Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, Submits site daily reports, estimates all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
19. Coordination with other departments to see work so that it should complete successfully and on time

• Plan a day ahead of all the activities to be carried in order to achieve the dates as per the plan agreed with Main Contractor in coordination.
• Handling a team of site supervisors, foreman and technicians and CAD operators.
• Preparation of material requirement list and managing material movement to site from central stores.
• Coordination with other services for proper installation.
• Ensure the electrical works completed in accordance with the approved construction drawing, project specifications and meet applicable local and international standards and codes.
• Coordination with consultants and clients for inspection and Approval.
• Supervising all site execution activities including providing technical inputs on methodologies & coordination with site management activities and devising methods for work simplification.
• Liaising as well as communicating with client, vendors, other contractors of all disciplines; attending meetings, enabling accurate and ensuring information availability to brief Plant In-charge on overall status.
• Identifying the contract scope of work, reading tender design specifications / technical drawings and preparing design construction documents and material submittals for client approval.
• Referring the SLD’s and desire diagrams.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Organizing & attending progress meetings with subcontractors and preparation of Quality Control Procedures and Inspection Test Plan.
• Coordination with other departments to see work so that it should complete successfully and on time.
