Responsibility:
• Installing New Workstations.
• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
• Setting up new user profiles.
• Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops.
• Responsible for troubleshooting systems software and hardware, including repairs, network configurations, installations, and upgrades.
• Provide Technical Support and system upgrades for Windows 10.
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues. .
• User Profiles Backup and Restore.

• Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.

Responsibility:

• Work directly with end users to resolve issues wither remotely or through a desk side visit.
• Setting up new user profiles and disabling expired account in accordance with HR.
• Data Backup of all users.
• Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Working with Disk Management, Back Up and Restoring Data.
• Managing Local Users and Groups, Files and Folder, Desktop Settings.
• Adding the system into Domain and Troubleshooting of OS.
• Network Topology and IP Address.
• Configuring Structured Cabling and maintain.
• Manage all types of printers and trouble shooting.
• Install and Support LAN's, WAN's, Network segments, internet and intranet systems.
• Installing and Configured Network Printer and giving Print permissions to users.
• Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
• Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
• Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialised equipment.

• Active directory Users & Objects creation and manage.
• Windows O.S & software deployment & Updates.
• Hardware maintenance & Troubleshoot.
• Manage & troubleshoot network.
• Setup, Install & Configure Windows 2008/2012 Servers for Lab.
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Routers and Switches.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
• Operating Systems Windows7, Windows8, Windows Vista, Windows XP, DOS, Linux.
• Microsoft Servers Windows 2012 Server, Windows Server 2008 & 2003.
