Job Responsibilities:
 Preparations of the salary for the employees at HO and Branches, warehousing (nearly 500 employees) in systematic way & computerized payroll in Tally package.
 Preparations of Bank Reconciliation Statements more than 14 accounts.
 Preparation of Payroll Calculation for Salary, ESI & EPF.
 Preparation of Vat & Annexure I & II and Submission of soft copies in website of TN Vat Government through net & hard copies directly.
 Preparation of Inter Company Reconciliations. Preparation of TDS Filing.
 Preparation of ITC & NOKIA & HCL Supplier Reconciliations.
 Analysis of Out standings for Customers & Dealers.
 Preparing Daily Cheques & Entering in Tally & maintain the records through filing.
 Maintenance of Petty Cash and Budget preparations for 3 big companies on monthly basis.
 Analysis of Balance with Bank books & Cash ledgers in Tally.
 Coordinating with Vendors & Agencies in regarding NEFT payments for expenditures & service providers and Rtgs (Real-time gross settlement) to Suppliers through Net.

Overall turnover is more than 35crores monthly. Remittance will be more than 1.5crore daily.
