MEP Mechanical Manager, responsible to fallow plan, manage, execute, and complete HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting executional works and handover the project. Responsible to assist preparation of Submittals, Shop drawings, Coordination drawings, Builders work drawings and as build drawings. Coordination and oversee subcontractor project execution. Verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements .Rise RFI, Create project RFPs based on project requirements. Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective action. Prepare technical site visit and progress update reports. Coordination and oversee subcontractor project execution. Prepare project implementation schedules. Plan and oversee startup, testing and commissioning functions. Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion. Verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements. Create project organization charts and contact lists. Review submitted consultant and contractor proposals and submissions. Make site visits to verify and confirm project equipment performance and operation.
•Review designs, specifcation and responsible for the preparation/approval of shop drawings, coordination drawings, Builders work drawings with the help of droughting team, coordinate procurement department for submission of technical submittals as per specification, fallow up subcontractors submission(drawings & submittals), updating drawings and material log, & Prepare method of statements, raising RFI, submitting proposal for consultant approval, closing NCR, supervise site progress tracking log.

• Check/Approve Shop drawings, Builders work drawing and coordination drawings.
• Check the delivered material as per approved Material submittal and its compliance.
• Inspect the site builder’s work before slab/structure concrete.
• Rise NCR if required.
•Attend Progress meeting, Technical meeting, and check the Submittal Log, Drawing
Submittal Log and work progress as per Programmed
•Prepare Snag list from contractors work.
• Review the contract documents-Scope of works, specification and Design Drawings.
• Check the technical submittal and its compliance statement as per project specification
for consultant approval.
• Duct layout & Sizing of Air conditioning system, Ventilation system, Extract system,
• Selection of Fans based on external static pressure calculation.
• Selection of Air Terminals-Grills, Diffusers, Louvers, and Controls- VCDs, VAVs, CAVs, FDs,
&MSFDs.
• Chilled water layout and pipe sizing for HVAC System.
• Selection of chilled water pumps by pressure drop calculation and Controls- G.V., B.V.,
DRV, NRV, Strainer, Dosing pot, Pressurization unit, Air Vents.
• Installation of Air conditioning and Ventilation duct system, Supply and Extract Fans system.
• Installation of Chilled water pipe and pump system.
• Installation of Air Terminals-Grills, Diffusers, Louvers, and Controls- VCDs, VAVs, CAVs, FDs,
&MSFDs.
• Installation of Under Ground and Overhead Drainage pipes, based on invert levels,
Manhole Schedules, Grease interceptor & Sump pit.
• Installation of water service pipes and Overhead & Under ground water tanks as per
Authority requirement.
• Installation of Booster & Transfer Pumps sets, water heaters.
• Raising RFI’s to discuss with consultant.
• Provide technical guidance for MEP coordination works.
• Attending Progress and Technical Meetings with Main Contractor /Client
Responsible for Operation & Maintenance fo HVAC system for Damman Air Base.
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of HVAC System for project World Development Bank Headquarter (IDB-Jeddah K.S.A.)
Supervise the installation of D-X Ducted and Decoretive HVAC System, Prepration of Duct size, and estimation of duct quantities, cu pipe and other accessories.
