Work experience involved working as architect, Interior designer. Projects covered were residential and corporate interiors.The scope comprised of getting approvals from local bodies and clients, working with contractors, vendors, MEP and other consultants, creating mood boards, Furniture selection and costing. Also worked as BIM ccordinator for BIM projects. The projects were from India and UAE. Worked as senior architect for interiors of residential and corporate category with a team and was responsible from design development to work completion at site.
KEY PROJECTS- 1.MUD Project, Muscat, Oman. 2.BIAL, Bangalore International Airport.
3.Lawn House, Chennai. 4. Residence 105.
Experience at this office involved stepping into different shoes and roles for varied type and scale of projects-Residential, Commercial, Industrial and religious. Roles include working as an architect, as an interior designer In-charge of the projects with dedicated team for luxury residences, commercial setups and also as BIM modeller for BIM projects. Experience in working for builders, eminent people, politicians. Scope included working on schematic drawings to GFC stage of the project, visualization, furniture/product selection, costing and site coordination.

2. Hotel Hamuse.
3. Mixed Use Tower.
4. Beach Villa.
5. Office for Foxconn glass.
The position involved working on residential & commercial interiors alongside preparing schematic and proposal drawings for government projects with 3D views and documentation. The tenure was brief as it was contract based for the projects in progress at the office.
Final thesis project was short listed for national award in architecture by COA, India.
