Appointed as Human Resources Administrator
• Recruitment: Handled end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth and swift transactions from initial advert to job offer.
• Implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by monitoring legislative changes and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
• Employee Welfare: Organized Welfare functions like employee engagements, sports day, family get together, celebrations of birthdays, annual day event and other programs.
• Performance Appraisals: Track employees' progress by preparing performance appraisals with accuracy.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address skill gaps and support employee development.
• Preparing termination letter, warning letter, undertaking letter for the deployed workers upon the client request in ER.
• Arranging residence for employees where applicable and conduct quarterly residence visits, prepare reports, and re-inspect areas that need attention.
I Started with Emaar as Community Coordinator in 2020 for the Dubai Hills Estate Main achievements:
• Manages relationships with Owners Committees and Homeowners/Residents, and VIP/VVIP residents.
• Collaborating with all teams within Emaar for efficient and effective site operations.
• Main tasks:
• Preparing community newsletters (quarterly), community welcome packs (for new projects), and service fee info packs (annual).
• Preparing communication releases, circulars, letters, and notices related to planned and emergency maintenance activities and community.
• Liaising with the Procurement team and other internal or external teams to complete required processes efficiently.
• Handling SRs on Oracle and Community mails.
• Issuing community access cards as required.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
• In charge of managing all purchase orders and monitoring company budgets.
Responsible for headhunting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, arranging for pre-employment
medicals, salary negotiation, reference checks, rolling out offer letters, on-boarding to mobilization).
• Attending to clients and receiving and logging samples on company-related operating management systems.
• Follow up with lab personnel and laboratory managers regarding test results and other updates related to
clients.
• Maintain liaison with other laboratories for subcontract tests, as well as follow up on results.
• Providing coordination between samplers and laboratory personnel for the collection of daily samples.
• Creating invoices for received samples
To ensure that the certificates and registrations processed are in accordance with Contract requirements
and GIS business Rules.
• To ensure client need are fully met by Dubai Certification Centre by providing prompt and professional
certification service.
• Trade facilitation through timely, correct and/or consistent issuance of Certificates of Conformity
Assessment Instructions, GIS Business Rules, and all other related references.
• Creates and maintains good working relationship with clients and other affiliates.
• Provides timely and effective responses to other affiliates in relation to inquiries concerning CoC issuances.
• Assist in the maintenance of the quality Management System.
• Handling queries and communications with affiliates and clients
• Processing and issuance certificates for ECAS Conformity Programme.
• Undertake any additional duties as delegated by the GIS Manager to assist in the achievement of
department objectives
Drafting letters to various levels of employees including managers using the appropriate language.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning,
arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Handling final settlements to the employees.
• Handling the payroll for the departments.
• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery;
approving invoices.
• Handling the appointments for the Senior Management.
• Responsible for maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions.
