• Reporting the Project Manager.
• Testing Commissioning of HVAC, Software used (NIAGARA 4.10 )
• Responsible for loop detection, fault detection in the loop.
• BMS Interfacing and downloading the program.
• Responsible for checking the Airflow, pressure and working of damper.
• Calibration for the maximum and minimum air flow.
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment, this includes providing back-up support as needed for other Executive Assistants.
• Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Planning and ensuring HVAC installation as per approved drawing and material approvals.
• Attending HVAC meetings with client, Consultants, Sub-Contractors representatives regarding work progress, workmanship, quality checking, co-ordination and safety.
• Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing, specification, standards and schedule.
• Monitor consumption of material with respect to the ordered materials. Maintaining a system of documentation for monitoring the productivity of teams. Ensuring that inspection request (RFI)are raised for the consultant and the client inspection.
• Inspecting the execution according to approved drawing.
• Testing like Leak test, Pressure test.
Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing to site supervisor and ensure the work in compliance to approved
drawings.
• Confirm the HVAC Ducts, accessories and Chilled water pipes, fittings and accessories are available and
approved by Inspection department before installation.
• Procurement of approved material in advance to avoid delay in work.
• To get the site clearance by coordinating with other disciplines for starting the HVAC activities.
• To arrange the safety induction for site personal including foreman and labours before start of the work.
• Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and
inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and
arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
• Organizing and attending site progress meetings with the Project construction team & QA/QC, supervisor
and manager to resolve the site related issues.
• Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment’s.
• Monitored HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting and all related mechanical systems work to check the
compliance with the approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing daily manpower distribution report with daily work progress and weekly progress report for
client.
• Installation of Water Supply & Sanitary Drainage system as per drawing.
• Installation of all Plumbing Pumps, Valves and Fixtures as per Site Requirement.
• give the detailed information about work and execution for Prepare as built drawings.
