• Manage the preparation and submission of the consolidated financial statements
and disclosure notes ensuring compliance with IFRS and local requirements .
• Develop suitable MIS for various management meetings.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of Central Bank Reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and Central bank on all matters relating to the
financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts for all subsidiaries and manage
the inter group elimination, foreign exchange positions
and minority interest.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to
financial reports.
• Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and
timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.
• Ensure better control over books of accounts, assets and liabilities.
• Involve in preparation of department annual operating plans and Budget.
• Liaise with Information Technology Department for setting up and developing new
reports and automating existing reports.
• Ensure overall accuracy of books of accounts to get clearance from internal and
external auditors.
• Preparing consolidated forecasts and analyzing current and past trends in key
performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and
capital expenditure. Highlighting trends and causes of unexpected variances.
• Ensuring that the Monthly and Quarterly Management reporting, comparison of
current and the previous results, including Consolidations and analysis are
prepared accurately and on a timely basis
• Involved in the preparation of the Annually and Quarterly consolidated
financial statements and disclosures.
• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical
reports, using computer
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager during the external audit and ensure the
audit requirements are met as per policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc tasks and preparing reports as directed by the CFO
• Supporting the CFO with in-depth analysis of the performance of all Group Companies.
• Assist in the preparation of the Audit committee and board of directors report.
• Analyze the income statement on a monthly basis highlighting trends and causes of
unexpected variances.
• Coordinating with Team Managers to resolve their queries.
• Ad hoc tasks and preparing reports as directed by the CFO
