 Make sure that all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, guidelines, and controls are followed to ensure employee safety, product/service quality, and compliance with environmental regulations.
 Manage daily FM operations ensuring uninterrupted facility performance.
 Supervise MEP, HVAC, Civil, Cleaning, and specialized contractors to ensure service quality.
 Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PPM) in coordination with technical teams.
 Review and certify maintenance work orders, job cards, and service reports.
 Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
 Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for technicians.
 Respond to urgent breakdowns, analyze root causes, and assign corrective measures.
 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.
 Ensure availability of spare parts and maintain stock records through approved procurement processes.
 Coordinate closely with clients/occupants ensuring professionalism in issue resolution.
