Promer Qatar is a Turkish company working in construction filed in Qatar and Turkey, I was promoted by the PD to the post of Construction Manager on site, acquiring more control on the project process at pearl project parcel 13 A&B, following technical drawings and on site daily reports. Through the construction and finishing process I consider the planning schedule and the deadlines to deliver the required quality on time.

Kittco contracting is a local company working in construction and Developer (owner of the project), finishing and developing field in Doha. I was hired by the MD to the post of senior Project Architect on site, acquiring more control on the project process at TWAR MALL Gharafa area, following technical drawings and on site daily reports. Through the construction and finishing process I consider the planning schedule and the deadlines to deliver the required quality on time. Also finding the best solutions according to the available time & budgets, as I qualify the materials procurement, however I supervise the project financial with the financial department and following the sub-contractors.

EFTA is a company working in construction and finishing field in Doha since 2005. I was promoted by the MD to the post of Project engineer, acquiring more control on the projects process at
FBA MALL Gharafa area, following technical drawings and on site daily reports. Through the construction and finishing process I consider the planning schedule and the deadlines to deliver the required quality on time. Also finding the best solutions according to the available time & budgets, as I qualify the materials procurement, however I supervise the projects financial with the financial department. following the work starting from the parking area going to cinema halls throw the corridors and stores including the MEP work.

I was promoted by the MD to the post of Coordination Manager, acquiring more control on the projects process, in-house designs, technical drawings and on site daily reports. Through the construction and finishing process I consider the planning schedule and the deadlines to deliver the required quality on time. Also finding the best solutions according to the available time & budgets, as I qualify the materials procurement, however I supervise the projects financial with the financial department.

I was contracted for a one big project of NAKHEEL® which is FAIRMONT® Hotel & Residence in Jumeirah Palm-Dubai. My responsibilities as a project engineer were to manage the construction to make sure that it’s going in the right way for the purposes of the required quality of finishing for an international hotel like FAIRMONT®. Managing the work process and quality of work with the subcontractors. Managing the reporting system and the roundly meetings with the clients.

I was charged to recognizing the project's technical drawings, and to draw the technical drawings for our work if the projects need. To schedule the work process and planning the installations, Also to manage the installations under planning schedule and to meet the deadlines. This job gave me the opportunity to almost work in the biggest real estate projects running in the Emirates, as I will list my projects under the section of projects below.

It was my first full-time job but not my first experience, however I used to work in the summer times for projects or part-time. As Interior Designer receiving the orders from the sales department, then I pick a team of two technical to move to the site (flat or villa) sketching the plan with accurate measurements to start the design works on the AutoCAD® or ArchiCAD, using our furniture designs and products. Customizing furniture order within the available measurements and materials; wood and steel. Presenting our designs and discussing with the clients.
