Configure the System for Master Data, Including Functional Location, Equipment, Work Center, Bill of Material, Task List, Measurement Points, Maintenance Notifications, maintenance Orders, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, Preventive Maintenance & Turnaround/Shutdown Maintenance Process.
•Expertise in all aspects of SAP-PM Module, business process, front end & back end.
•Perform SAP-PM System utilization & making reports.
•Develops an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads (including PM, PDM, and non-emergency repair work orders)
•Responsibility for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning.
•Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion.
• Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources: maintenance, production, outside services, stores and engineering.
•Makes safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out procedure available to employees. Ensures that all aspects of the existing company safety policy are incorporated into the job plan.
•Estimates required hours on work order task, total work order duration, and skill required performing the task
Maintained Plant auxiliary equipment and rotating equipment like motors and pumps.
•Routinely maintained air compressors, fans, pumps, turbines and valves.
•Executed light welding and acetylene cutting works
Preventive maintenance, break down and routine maintenance of rotating equipment’s
•Provided preventive maintenance solutions.
•Overhauling, maintenance and troubleshooting,
•Reconditioning, installation of suction and discharge valves,
•Checking and maintaining clearance of main and connecting rod bearing
Mould changes and trial is also part of activities,
•Optimizing the cycle times for the better productivity
•Take care of shift production up to the quality approvals,
