Manage the procurement cycle including the issuance of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts to suppliers and Subcontractors through (ERP Oracle). Follow-up with suppliers of purchase orders for order acknowledgment and delivery schedules in due time. Keeping various Departments updated the progress of their orders in case of delay in obtaining supplies.
•Monitor and control Supplier financial obligation from issuing Performance Bond and Letter of guarantees and delivering the materials as per contract till receiving it at site with achieving the five Rights of procurement and supply (right Quality, delivered in the right Quantity, to the right Place, at the right Time, for the right Price).
•Ensure that right quantity of the goods consistent with the quality and the specification required is procured. Ensure all the deliveries of all goods are received within the stipulated period. Any claims due to shortages or any other discrepancies are settled promptly.
•Achievements: 1 . Procure Materials/Equipment and Services with total amount 1 .25 Million dollars annually with different Projects of Electrical Power Generation stations and substation, also in field of Water desalination. 2. Increase the profit by achieve 10% Cost Reduction (Based on Budget) and 20 % Cost avoidance (based on the final negotiated offers) during 2019 by using Strategic negotiation

•Identify all requirements in requisition for purchase.
•Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract
•Receiving the price quotations &Prepare schedule of comparison.
•Research for new suppliers and Study their products.
•Prepare the PO for the supplier with Right price.
•Following the Chain of products from suppliers to the Client.
Innovative systems is a company specialist at smart home and in Light current systems. My responsibilities:
•Get the requirements and the needs of clients and meet it with Smart home products.
•Specify quantities should be implemented, pricing it, and submit an offer for the client.
•Installing the smart home products and program it to satisfy the requirements.
•Research for any new smart home products and get order for supplying it.

•Installing lighting, Sockets, fire alarms, CCTV, Sound, Telephone systems and distributed control systems.
•Installing distribution panels, trays and trunks according to timing schedule.
•Make a complete census to the materials supplied and installed in the site.
•Make coordination between electrical works and other works.
