Responsibilities

• Review civil/ structural design and shop drawings submittals for approval to ensure compliance with project specifications and standard.
• Review the activity method statement, Quality Control plan and inspection - test plan to verify their adequacy and effectiveness in complying with the specification requirement.
• Review materials approval request submittals to ensure that material source and properties comply with project specifications.
• Perform quality audit and periodic inspections to the project.
• Reviews contractors’ invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the structural/civil portion of the works
• Issue the necessary correspondence to the contractor (NCR-Site Instructions)

Client: Royal Commissioning-MARAFIQ

Project: MARAFIQ HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM
(298 Villa-Facilities building -INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS)

ROLE: Assistant RE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitors Contractors’ structural and civil field activities regarding contract scope of work, site conditions, testing activities, progress, procedures, costs, schedule, and other contractual requirements.
• Witnesses contractors’ testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works are constructed per the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.
• Reviews contractors’ invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the structural/civil portion of the works
• Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans
• Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
• Reviews contractor-submitted shop and as-built drawings, design inquiries, material submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits; and coordinates with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and/or comments.
• Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client
• Cost controlling and analysis

Project: PMO AT MUGMAA UNIVERSITY

Role: Structural Manager

Responsibilities :

Liaising with Architects and clients on construction plans

Developing design ideas using CAD, BIM software

Analysing and reporting on loads and stresses on different parts of a structure

Preparing reports and drawings

Obtaining planning and building regulations approval

Inspecting buildings and structures and recommending options to repair

Preparing bids for tender

Reporting back to clients on the progress of the project

Investigating and deciding on appropriate materials

Responsible for directing the concurrent construction works in different treatment plants in Burydah, Onyza and ARrass cities including (OCS, GRP Covering, Centrifugal systems and related Structural-MEP-Infra works)

• Plan delivery of a project
• Appointing and managing the hydraulic structural design teams
• Project cost control and cash flow analysis • • Responsible for the final approval of the Activity method statement, QC, QA, testing plans and material submittals- to verify their adequacy and effectiveness in complying with the specification requirement
• Develop effective solutions for technical and performance issues Contract management, claim analysis, preparation, and defense
• Liaise with the client and ensure continuous satisfaction

EXPANSION OF HAYL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Responsibilities

• Monitors Contractors’ structural and civil field activities regarding contract scope of work, site conditions, testing activities, progress, procedures, costs, schedule, and other contractual requirements

Discussing plans with Surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers before construction begins

Monitoring progress and costs across one or more projects

Regular reporting back to the client on progress of the project

Attending project meeting with fellow professionals and clients

Ensuring quality standards are met

Regular health and safety checks to ensure site safety

Ensuring building work adheres to industry regulations

Resolving problems that may occur throughout the project

Regular communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
