- Register new incoming orders through the software interface, communicate to branches about (orders, special requests, cancelations, etc.)
- Aim to reach monthly target via suggesting dishes from the menu or increase daily target from acquiring extra orders.
- Coordinate when possible between delivery process and customers.
- Provide any additional allowed service and help escalate necessary reports to supervisors.

Required tasks:
- Welcome newly subscribed clients to the zedtconnect navigation services after looking up their information's, while answering any inquiries from customers.
- Locate clients current location through GPS tracking software and begin assisting protocols.
- Suggest new point of interest (Shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) to client for a new trip or search for specific locations.
- Send trip data to clients application, combine trips when traveling and arriving new cities.
- Assist incase of on-road emergency situations.
- Explain any other features included in the service.
- Welcome visiting customers to the restaurant.
- Organize lines at the cashier area, contain work flow when it gets too crowded.
- Assist and respond to customers issue then coordinate with supervisor for directions.
- Write down customers ideas and suggestions.
- Receive invoices from sale managers and look up clients informations.
- Head to clients offices for invoice or cheques signature, schedule unavailable ones or notify manager.
- Collect and organize invoices at the end of day inside folders and register it on table.
- Head with managers to visit new possible clients when requested.
