Leading ELV and ICT installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) activities across the project.

high-quality delivery.
• Coordinating with stakeholders (client, vendors, subcontractors, end-users) to resolve site challenges and
streamline execution.
• Conducting weekly meetings with senior management and clients to review progress, resolve issues, and
develop mitigation strategies.

1. Follow the Project Testing Procedure, IRN (Inspection Release Notice), NOE (Notice of Energisation), LOTO (LockOut-TagOut, CompletionModule.
2. Familiar with the appropriate local, European, and American codes & standards QCS, EN, NFPA, IC, ISO, etc. and their application in the Elevated/Track/ underground Tunnel Metro environment.
3. Focus on Station systems such as BMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, SQL Database and integration with the OCC and other ancillary systems.
4. Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct startup activities within the 1&C discipline for the assigned project.
5. Supervise and direct subcontractor technicians as well as direct hire technicians as required to support commissioning activities of various systems.
6. Plan work with the subcontractors and monitor it and control it in accordance with the terms of the contract to stay within the schedule constraints.
7. Review of testing and turnover documentation including scoped documents, test records, test procedures and other similar required documents for adequacy and completeness in accordance with project procedures.
8. Participate in system turnover walkdowns for both Construction and Client turnovers; initiate, track and resolve punchlist items for assigned areas of responsibility.
9. Provide input and updates to project controls as required to maintain accuracy and progress of project schedules, and other progress tracking tools.
10. Coordinate closely with Construction delivery teams for turnover of systems and Documentation.
11. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Bechtel Standard Applications such as Aconex in the execution of work assignments.
12. Ensure that work being performed is within scope of services and within budget.
13. Coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval on work as it is accomplished.

2-PIC I 7053: Construction of infrastructure for Haii AL-Nawa CAMP 3 at Yanbu royal Commission, (NTP Project ). (jan 2019 -Mar 2020)

#Tasks and Responsibilities are as follows :

1.Perform supervision and inspection of site installation works, modification and commissioning of Medium and Low voltage infrastructure network With Yanbu Royal commission & Marafiq CO. at Yanbu industrial city .
2.Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, specification by conducting inspection along with the Clint and the end-user .
3.Perform an inspection of all the Electrical material and equipment used for the project and ensure all the material complies with the specification.
4.Review and Prepare the project Drawings i.e.:-(IFC, Shop-Drawing and AS-Built Drawing).
5.Prepare the Materials submittal, procure the required materials.
6.Carry out installation, testing and commissioning of SF6 Pad Mounted Switchgears, Package substation PSS, MV&LV cables (including splicing, straight, plug-in type, Dead Break Elbow terminations) in Manholes, Substation and PMS.
7.Arrange shutdown and isolation with Marafiq operations and manage works in safe manner as approved authorized permit controller (APR).
8.Perform testing as per ITP provided by the client including tests insulation resistance, phasing, Hi-pot, VLF, DC resistance and Grounding system resistance
