• Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per target per year.
• Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.
• Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
• Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.
• Conduct site survey along with the operations team.
• Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services.
• To prepare documentation for Tenders, RFP & RFQ etc.
• Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned region
• Closely track competition activity
• Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map
• Ensure Sales process discipline for self
• Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
• Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch
• Generating leads and prospects
• Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract start up date and handed over to planning & costing.
• Report to: Regional Director - Facilities Management

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Follow up for existing and new prospect customers by delivering superior customer service.
• Own the account through proper management of top line target sales, agreed gross profit and payment collection
• Implement companies' sales strategies to improve the business.
• Survey market potential in Saudi Arabia by cold calling, identify potential clients and conduct active sales.
• Perform sales presentations and demonstrate superiority of product / services that meets / exceeds client needs.
• Negotiation with customers on commercial matters. Prepare Commercial proposals through company’s standard format.
• Supporting field evaluation of new solutions during roll-out phase.
• Active participation of companies CRM programs. Active engagement with other departments in the organization
• Manage/Update Sales leads funnel on timely basis.
• Handling all the projects one off and permanent service
• Handling special events in all over the kingdom
• Daily giving brief to our cleaning team for health & safety before deployment in the project.
• To make sure to take the sign on the service report from the client after completion of job
• Preparing the sales report every month
• Follow up the collections with the client
• Morning briefing with sales team to discuss about their sales plan
• Do the site survey with operation team on the project before give the proposal
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts to industrial and education sectors
• Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.
• Monitor and anticipate positive and negative affects and impacts of the market to the product and adapting proper strategy to prevent that.
• Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area.
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
• This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the Regional sales manager.
• Assist the Regional sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of Customer service with existing and new customers.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Identifying and generates leads through networking, cold calling and marketing, converting into key accounts
Identifying and establishing new business, negotiating contracts.

Following up the sales cycle from inceptions to execution
Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, managing budgets.

• Submission of Daily Reports giving details of day’s work consisting of names of customers
• Occasional joint working with managers, product executives for greater effectiveness of the calls
• Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches, and future sales planning
• Giving feedback to marketing department about competitor activities
• Attending regular training programs for updating heavy equipment’s.
• Working in a team of three to ensure sales target are met and exceeded
• Visit and update new potential markets by market intelligence
• Being trusted with representing GIT at events such as Saudi Marketing week
